RETURN POLICY — MrMane Hair Extensions

Due to hygiene regulations, we do not accept returns or refunds once the hair has been opened, handled, or removed from its original packaging.

However, we’re happy to offer a colour exchange if:

  • The hair is untouched, unused and unopened
  • The packaging and swing tag are still intact and in perfect condition
  • The request is made within 7 days of receiving your order

How to request a colour exchange:

Email info@mrmane.com.au with your order number, reason for exchange, and clear photos of the product and packaging.
Once approved, you’ll be responsible for return shipping costs. We’ll ship the new shade once we receive the original item in return.

Faulty or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24hours. We’ll make it right.

Colour Disclaimer

Colours may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, and the natural nature of human hair. To ensure the best match, we recommend purchasing a MrMane Colour Ring before ordering.
